Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Looperix Mobile app handles personal data. It applies specifically to the mobile app and not to the Looperix browser extensions.
1. Controller and contact

2. Data stored locally on your device
The app stores your language, theme, onboarding status, favorites, saved loops, trial timestamps and, after a purchase, limited purchase status information on your device. This is required to provide the app’s functions. Looperix does not receive this local data through its own analytics or advertising system.
You can remove local app data by deleting the relevant entries in the app where available, clearing the app data on Android, or deleting the app. Some store purchase records remain with Apple or Google and can be restored using the same store account.
3. Embedded browser and third-party websites
Looperix contains an embedded browser. Websites you open may receive technical data such as your IP address, device or browser information, cookies and the pages you request. They may also set cookies or other local browser data. Those websites act under their own privacy policies and terms.
Looperix does not transmit your browsing history, visited URLs, favorites or saved loops to Looperix servers for analytics or advertising. Looperix does not control the content, cookies or data practices of third-party websites.
4. Support requests
If you voluntarily use the in-app support form, the app sends your name, email address, subject and message to Looperix. These fields are required so that the request can be processed and answered. The request is stored in the Looperix Support Center using Supabase. Resend may be used to deliver replies by email.
For abuse prevention and rate limiting, technical request information is processed temporarily. A one-way security fingerprint derived from the request IP address and email address may be stored for this purpose; the raw IP address is not stored in the support ticket.
5. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Looperix does not receive or store your full payment-card details. The app may store the product identifier, transaction identifier, store, and purchase date locally to unlock and restore the purchase. Apple or Google process purchase, account and payment data under their own privacy policies.
6. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing app, trial and purchase functions: performance of the user agreement or steps requested before entering it.
- Processing support requests: performance of the user agreement and Looperix’s legitimate interest in customer support.
- Preventing spam, abuse and attacks: Looperix’s legitimate interest in protecting users and services.
- Meeting legal obligations and handling legal claims: compliance with law and legitimate interests.
7. Service providers and recipients
Personal data is disclosed only where needed to operate the relevant function: Supabase for support infrastructure and storage, Resend for support email delivery, and Apple or Google for store purchases. Third-party websites opened in the embedded browser receive requests directly from your device. Data may also be disclosed when required by law.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are based on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. See the providers’ policies: Supabase, Resend, Apple, and Google.
8. Retention and deletion
Local app data remains on the device until you delete it, clear the app data, or uninstall the app. Support requests are retained for as long as needed to resolve and follow up on the request, protect the service, comply with legal duties, and establish or defend legal claims. Abuse-prevention records are kept only for a limited period. Store records are retained by Apple or Google according to their policies and legal duties.
You may request deletion of support data by emailing support@looperix.com. Statutory retention obligations may prevent immediate deletion of particular records.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
10. Security, children and changes
Data sent to Looperix services is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Looperix Mobile is not directed to children. The embedded browser can open independent third-party content that may be unsuitable for minors.
This policy may be updated when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL.

Diese Datenschutzerklärung beschreibt, wie die Looperix-Mobile-App personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet. Sie gilt speziell für die Mobile-App und nicht für die Looperix-Browser-Erweiterungen.

2. Lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeicherte Daten
Die App speichert Sprache, Theme, Einrichtungsstatus, Favoriten, gespeicherte Loops, Zeitpunkte des Testzeitraums und nach einem Kauf begrenzte Kaufstatusdaten auf deinem Gerät. Das ist für die App-Funktionen erforderlich. Looperix erhält diese lokalen Daten nicht über ein eigenes Analyse- oder Werbesystem.
Du kannst lokale App-Daten entfernen, indem du verfügbare Einträge in der App löschst, unter Android die App-Daten löschst oder die App deinstallierst. Manche Kaufnachweise bleiben bei Apple oder Google und können mit demselben Store-Konto wiederhergestellt werden.
3. Eingebetteter Browser und fremde Websites
Looperix enthält einen eingebetteten Browser. Von dir geöffnete Websites können technische Daten wie IP-Adresse, Geräte- oder Browserinformationen, Cookies und angeforderte Seiten erhalten. Sie können außerdem Cookies oder andere lokale Browserdaten speichern. Dafür gelten die Datenschutzerklärungen und Bedingungen der jeweiligen Website.
Looperix überträgt deinen Browserverlauf, besuchte URLs, Favoriten oder gespeicherte Loops nicht zu Analyse- oder Werbezwecken an Looperix-Server. Looperix kontrolliert weder Inhalte noch Cookies oder Datenverarbeitung fremder Websites.
4. Supportanfragen
Wenn du freiwillig das Supportformular in der App nutzt, übermittelt die App deinen Namen, deine E-Mail-Adresse, den Betreff und deine Nachricht an Looperix. Diese Pflichtfelder werden benötigt, um die Anfrage zu bearbeiten und zu beantworten. Die Anfrage wird über Supabase im Looperix Support Center gespeichert. Resend kann für den E-Mail-Versand der Antwort eingesetzt werden.
Zum Schutz vor Missbrauch und zur Begrenzung von Anfragen werden technische Anfragedaten vorübergehend verarbeitet. Dafür kann ein nicht umkehrbarer Sicherheits-Fingerabdruck aus IP-Adresse und E-Mail-Adresse gespeichert werden; die rohe IP-Adresse wird nicht im Supportticket gespeichert.
5. Käufe
In-App-Käufe werden über den Apple App Store oder Google Play abgewickelt. Looperix erhält oder speichert keine vollständigen Zahlungskartendaten. Die App kann Produkt-ID, Transaktions-ID, Store und Kaufdatum lokal speichern, um den Kauf freizuschalten und wiederherzustellen. Apple oder Google verarbeiten Kauf-, Konto- und Zahlungsdaten nach ihren eigenen Datenschutzerklärungen.
6. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen
- Bereitstellung der App-, Test- und Kauffunktionen: Vertragserfüllung oder vorvertragliche Maßnahmen auf deine Anfrage.
- Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen: Vertragserfüllung und berechtigtes Interesse von Looperix an Kundensupport.
- Verhinderung von Spam, Missbrauch und Angriffen: berechtigtes Interesse am Schutz von Nutzern und Diensten.
- Erfüllung gesetzlicher Pflichten und Bearbeitung rechtlicher Ansprüche: rechtliche Verpflichtung und berechtigte Interessen.
7. Dienstleister und Empfänger
Personenbezogene Daten werden nur weitergegeben, soweit dies für die jeweilige Funktion nötig ist: Supabase für Support-Infrastruktur und Speicherung, Resend für den Versand von Support-E-Mails sowie Apple oder Google für Store-Käufe. Im eingebetteten Browser geöffnete Websites erhalten Anfragen direkt von deinem Gerät. Daten können außerdem offengelegt werden, wenn eine gesetzliche Pflicht besteht.
Manche Anbieter können Daten außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums verarbeiten. Soweit erforderlich, erfolgen Übermittlungen auf Grundlage eines Angemessenheitsbeschlusses oder geeigneter Garantien wie Standardvertragsklauseln. Datenschutzhinweise der Anbieter: Supabase, Resend, Apple und Google.
8. Speicherdauer und Löschung
Lokale App-Daten bleiben auf dem Gerät, bis du sie löschst, die App-Daten zurücksetzt oder die App deinstallierst. Supportanfragen werden so lange gespeichert, wie es zur Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung, zum Schutz des Dienstes, zur Erfüllung gesetzlicher Pflichten sowie zur Geltendmachung oder Abwehr rechtlicher Ansprüche erforderlich ist. Missbrauchsschutz-Daten werden nur für einen begrenzten Zeitraum gespeichert. Für Store-Daten gelten die Aufbewahrungsregeln und gesetzlichen Pflichten von Apple oder Google.
Die Löschung von Supportdaten kannst du über support@looperix.com verlangen. Gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten können eine sofortige Löschung einzelner Daten verhindern.
9. Deine Rechte
Nach Maßgabe des anwendbaren Rechts kannst du Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung oder Datenübertragbarkeit verlangen und einer Verarbeitung aufgrund berechtigter Interessen widersprechen. Du kannst dich außerdem bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde beschweren, insbesondere beim italienischen Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
10. Sicherheit, Minderjährige und Änderungen
Daten werden über verschlüsselte HTTPS-Verbindungen an Looperix-Dienste übertragen. Looperix setzt angemessene technische und organisatorische Schutzmaßnahmen ein. Kein Internetdienst kann absolute Sicherheit garantieren.
Looperix Mobile richtet sich nicht an Kinder. Der eingebettete Browser kann unabhängige Inhalte Dritter öffnen, die für Minderjährige ungeeignet sein können.
Diese Erklärung kann angepasst werden, wenn sich App, Anbieter oder rechtliche Anforderungen ändern. Die aktuelle Fassung bleibt unter dieser URL erreichbar.

L’app salva sul dispositivo lingua, tema, stato della configurazione, preferiti, loop salvati, date del periodo di prova e, dopo un acquisto, informazioni limitate sullo stato dell’acquisto. Questi dati sono necessari per le funzioni dell’app. Looperix non riceve tali dati locali tramite un proprio sistema pubblicitario o di analisi.
Puoi rimuovere i dati locali eliminando nell’app le voci disponibili, cancellando i dati dell’app su Android o disinstallando l’app. Alcuni dati di acquisto restano presso Apple o Google e possono essere ripristinati con lo stesso account dello store.
3. Browser integrato e siti di terzi
Looperix contiene un browser integrato. I siti aperti possono ricevere dati tecnici come indirizzo IP, informazioni sul dispositivo o browser, cookie e pagine richieste. Possono inoltre salvare cookie o altri dati locali del browser. Si applicano le informative e le condizioni dei rispettivi siti.
Looperix non trasmette ai propri server cronologia, URL visitati, preferiti o loop salvati per analisi o pubblicità. Looperix non controlla contenuti, cookie o pratiche di trattamento dei siti di terzi.
4. Richieste di assistenza
Se usi volontariamente il modulo di assistenza nell’app, vengono trasmessi a Looperix nome, indirizzo e-mail, oggetto e messaggio. I campi sono obbligatori per gestire e rispondere alla richiesta. La richiesta è salvata nel Support Center di Looperix tramite Supabase. Resend può essere usato per inviare la risposta via e-mail.
Per prevenire abusi e limitare le richieste vengono trattate temporaneamente informazioni tecniche. Può essere salvata un’impronta di sicurezza non reversibile derivata da indirizzo IP ed e-mail; l’indirizzo IP in chiaro non viene salvato nel ticket.
5. Acquisti
Gli acquisti in-app sono gestiti da Apple App Store o Google Play. Looperix non riceve né salva i dati completi della carta. L’app può salvare localmente identificativo del prodotto, identificativo della transazione, store e data di acquisto per sbloccare e ripristinare l’acquisto. Apple o Google trattano dati di acquisto, account e pagamento secondo le proprie informative.
6. Finalità e basi giuridiche
- Fornire le funzioni dell’app, della prova e dell’acquisto: esecuzione del contratto o misure precontrattuali richieste dall’utente.

7. Fornitori e destinatari
I dati personali sono comunicati solo quando necessario per la funzione interessata: Supabase per infrastruttura e archiviazione dell’assistenza, Resend per l’invio delle e-mail di assistenza, Apple o Google per gli acquisti. I siti aperti nel browser integrato ricevono richieste direttamente dal dispositivo. I dati possono inoltre essere comunicati quando previsto dalla legge.

8. Conservazione e cancellazione
I dati locali restano sul dispositivo finché non vengono eliminati, finché non vengono cancellati i dati dell’app o finché l’app non viene disinstallata. Le richieste di assistenza sono conservate per il tempo necessario a gestire e seguire la richiesta, proteggere il servizio, rispettare gli obblighi di legge e accertare o difendere diritti. I dati di prevenzione degli abusi sono conservati solo per un periodo limitato. Per i dati dello store valgono le regole e gli obblighi di Apple o Google.
Puoi chiedere la cancellazione dei dati di assistenza scrivendo a support@looperix.com. Obblighi legali di conservazione possono impedire la cancellazione immediata di alcuni dati.
9. Diritti dell’interessato
Nei limiti previsti dalla legge puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità oppure opporti al trattamento fondato sul legittimo interesse. Puoi inoltre presentare reclamo a un’autorità di controllo, incluso il Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
10. Sicurezza, minori e modifiche
I dati inviati ai servizi Looperix sono trasmessi tramite connessioni HTTPS cifrate e sono adottate misure tecniche e organizzative ragionevoli. Nessun servizio Internet può garantire sicurezza assoluta.
Looperix Mobile non è destinato ai bambini. Il browser integrato può aprire contenuti indipendenti di terzi non adatti ai minori.
