Refund Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

If you experience technical issues that prevent Looperix from functioning as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted by email and include your purchase information.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after successful activation.
  • Failure to read product requirements before purchase.
  • Abuse of the refund policy.
